**SurCode Decoder for DTS-HD for QuickTime will also be available for Windows XP and Vista in a future release.
Surcode Decoder for DTS-HD for QuickTime:
Plays back the following stream types:
  • DTS-HD Master Audio, lossless "bit for bit" variable bit-rate - identical to the studio master
  • DTS-HD High Resolution Audio at constant bit-rates from 2046 kbps up to 5760 kbps
  • DTS Digital Surround at constant bit-rates up to 1509 kbps for Blu-ray Disc, DVD-V and DVD-A, 1234 kbps for DTS Music Discs
  • DTS Express for Blu-ray Secondary Audio offering mono, stereo and 5.1 stream types. Data rates range from 48 kbps to 256 kbps, depending on the channel count
Channel Layout Support:
  • Up to 7.1 discrete channels for Primary Audio for Blu-ray Disc
  • Up to 5.1 discrete channels for DTS Express for Blu-ray Disc
  • Up to 6.1 discrete channels for DVD-V & DVD-A
  • Up to 6.1 discrete channels for DTS Music Disc (CD)
